You are guided to enter an extremely safe and relaxed (alpha) state where you become concentrated and focussed, as peripheral stimuli is reduced, enabling you to explore information from your subconscious mind. You have complete control (and can come out at any time) as you journey through this healing and relaxing experience, unearthing deeper past memories.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations have always been part and parcel of service businesses and Numala Forest Retreat is no different. While in the past with larger numbers attending classes and workshops, we have (mostly) absorbed the cost of late cancellations. However, this has become harder and places an undue strain on the business. In order for us to continue to bring you quality classes and workshops we have needed to revise our cancellation policy accordingly. We’re sure you will understand that we have fixed costs that need to be covered and why this change is necessary. We appreciate you and your ongoing support and look forward to seeing you at your next class. Cancellation Policy Cancellations 7 days and more prior to your class/event - free to reschedule the same class type at your convenience. Cancellations within 7 days of class/event - fee is forfeited. Bookings are only secured once payment has been made - no refunds after payment has been made.
