Most of us unwittingly carry some form of negative self-belief or emotion such as fear, guilt, shame or anger. And, although we may work hard to think positively, holding these lower-vibration emotions/energies has a huge impact on what shows up for us on a daily basis, as well as our life experiences. Since feelings and emotions are strongly linked to memories because feelings drive thoughts and behaviours, it is hard to create a new future if you are driven by the same past. The negative memories and emotions of the past will influence your thinking, actions and behaviour, so that you create what you don’t want. These lower-vibration energies can be cleared and shifted in a healing session to prevent attracting lower vibrational experiences into your life. Healing time - 75 minutes.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations have always been part and parcel of service businesses and Numala Forest Retreat is no different. While in the past with larger numbers attending classes and workshops, we have (mostly) absorbed the cost of late cancellations. However, this has become harder and places an undue strain on the business. In order for us to continue to bring you quality classes and workshops we have needed to revise our cancellation policy accordingly. We’re sure you will understand that we have fixed costs that need to be covered and why this change is necessary. We appreciate you and your ongoing support and look forward to seeing you at your next class. Cancellation Policy Cancellations 7 days and more prior to your class/event - free to reschedule the same class type at your convenience. Cancellations within 7 days of class/event - fee is forfeited. Bookings are only secured once payment has been made - no refunds after payment has been made.
